Tiffany, Peter and Frankie were the best!! I've never used a professional mover before and was a nervous Nelly due to hearing such terrible stories about damage or bait-and-switch pricing. Tiffany was extremely kind and patient with all of my questions and did her best to provide an accurate quote. It came in lower than many of their competitors yet the service couldn't have been better. The movers, Peter and Frankie, were extremely professional, efficient and careful with my personal belongings. If I ever find myself needing to make an out-of-state move again, I'll definitely book Golden Services!

They went over paperwork very thoroughly, and answered ALL my questions, which took them an additional 30 minutes. The were very nice and very respectful to my home and my animals. Peter and another mover whom I didn’t catch his name showed up on time and ready to go luckily for them I only had a fraction Of what they thought I was gonna have. They quickly packaged everything up, and Peter walked me through the whole thing and gave me some good insight on shipping valuables. They both were super professional and friendly, and having heard a lot about military movers in the horrors of having the army move you my expectations were pretty low and they greatly surpassed them. Hopefully in a year when I come back and I have to move again, I’ll have the pleasure of working with golden services and hopefully Peter again.

They were very sweet and kinda to my two toddler who were right by them talking there ear off and they continued to pack and talk with my kids no damage was done either there were there for about hour and half to two hours I definitely recommend the moving company. This was our 9th move and one of our best experiences for pack out. We had the same dream team for packing mentioned in other reviews, with the amazing lead, Somali, with Maura and Dorian. They were punctual everyday, package things with care, and asked questions about packing certain things. They worked efficiently and we felt comfortable with our home items being moved. A few weeks ago, we had the best moving experience of our Military career! Sonali, Maura, and Dorian arrived right on time and had our entire house disassembled, packed, protected, and organized in maybe 5 hours (probably less!). They were so kind, patient with our two small children, and took such great care with our belongings.The next day, three men came to load everything up into the crates. They were impressively strong and quick. I wish I had gotten their names down, but they weren’t even there for 2 hours! I appreciated them showing my me how they loaded up our things and the specifics how they are to be crated, as we are moving overseas.Thank you Golden Services for a great experience. Every box was clearly labeled and expertly organized, which will make the entire moving process exponentially smoother on the other end. Isaac, Jake and Ethan delivered our furniture on Jan. 19, 2024 and things could not have gone better! Not only were these guys very organized with making sure the appropriate boxes/furniture went to the correct rooms but they were also SO quick. Close to 7000lbs of items unloaded in just about 4 hours... wow! I also found them pleasant to talk to.. very good humored guys! Hang onto workers like these because they will take your company far! I've never had the luxury of hiring movers and it's the best purchase I could have made. The crew (Peter, Franco, Leo and Jacek) all showed up on time, introduced themselves and just started to work. Everything was loaded up, transported and unloaded all within 4 hours. I couldn't recommend Golden Services more for your next move.
