We had a great experience! Peter, Shane, and Vinny did a great job with our military move. Our carrier dropped the job last minute and they kept calling the office to see if a truck was available to help us. They were so methodical, quick, and took wonderful care of our things. They worked SO hard and went above and beyond to try to help us out. They were very kind and I'm so so grateful for all their help! Highly recommend them. They also gave us great advice for the move and I LOVE THAT THEY USE PAPER COPIES OF INVENTORIES! I hate the tablets because I always worry I won't get a copy or it'll get edited after I sign or that they'll copy and paste a signature for something I didn't authorize. I feel so much better using the paper and love that I have physical copies, especially after my computer and printer are packed away! Highly recommend. I'm so glad the military gave us some great packers for our cross country move.

Tiffany, Peter and Frankie were the best!! I've never used a professional mover before and was a nervous Nelly due to hearing such terrible stories about damage or bait-and-switch pricing. Tiffany was extremely kind and patient with all of my questions and did her best to provide an accurate quote. It came in lower than many of their competitors yet the service couldn't have been better. The movers, Peter and Frankie, were extremely professional, efficient and careful with my personal belongings. Peter and another mover whom I didn’t catch his name showed up on time and ready to go luckily for them I only had a fraction Of what they thought I was gonna have. They quickly packaged everything up, and Peter walked me through the whole thing and gave me some good insight on shipping valuables. They both were super professional and friendly, and having heard a lot about military movers in the horrors of having the army move you my expectations were pretty low and they greatly surpassed them. Hopefully in a year when I come back and I have to move again, I’ll have the pleasure of working with golden services and hopefully Peter again.

A few weeks ago, we had the best moving experience of our Military career! Sonali, Maura, and Dorian arrived right on time and had our entire house disassembled, packed, protected, and organized in maybe 5 hours (probably less!). They were so kind, patient with our two small children, and took such great care with our belongings.The next day, three men came to load everything up into the crates. They were impressively strong and quick. I wish I had gotten their names down, but they weren’t even there for 2 hours! From the start until the final paper signed, they were not only professional and courteous, but we exchanged many laughs and they made it a great experience throughout the process - confirming and reassuring me each step of the process.
